Shipping and Delivery
Glossy Packaging offers three shipping options to suit various customer needs.
Standard Shipping provides free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states, with orders generally shipping within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval. Delivery times are not guaranteed with this option.
Express Shipping guarantees a 6-day turnaround with both options including free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
In all cases, it is important that the final proof is approved by 11:00 AM EST. Otherwise, an additional business day will be added to the shipping timeline.
Glossy Packaging strives to ship orders in a timely manner, but customers agree that the company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by issues beyond its control. These issues may include technical difficulties, weather delays, shipping company disruptions, or customs-related issues for international orders.
Customers ordering from outside the United States are responsible for paying any customs duties and clearing their goods through customs. Glossy Packaging does not handle the customs process for international orders. However, the company works with production facilities across the globe, especially in South Asia, to ensure high-quality and competitively priced products. Additionally, Glossy Packaging offers free doorstep delivery with no extra charges for international shipments.

Please take note of these dates when planning your orders, as there may be delays or closures during these times.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Glossy Packaging ensures that orders are carefully packaged and shipped to prevent damage during transport. However, the customer is responsible to verify all deliveries for any visible damage or missing items after delivery. Any such issues must be reported to Glossy Packaging within three business days of delivery. Failure to report issues within this deadline may release Glossy Packaging of liability for the damaged or lost items. For verified claims involving damaged products, replacements may be provided upon receipt of photographic evidence or return of the defective items.
Lost packages must be reported promptly to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Wrong Address for Delivery
If: a) the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address b) the shipment goes unclaimed by the client, the shipment will be returned to Glossy Packaging. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the additional costs to reship the order to the corrected address. It is essential for customers to ensure their address information is accurate at the time of placing the order to avoid delays and extra charges.
