Welcome to Glossy Packaging. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are a legally binding agreement between you and Glossy Packaging. These terms govern your access to, and use of, the site and any connected services provided through it. You are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis, as Glossy Packaging keeps the right to make changes or update them at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after such modifications indicates that you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
COPYRIGHTS
All materials, content, and software featured on the Glossy Packaging website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are the exclusive property of Glossy Packaging and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of any content from this site without prior written permission from Glossy Packaging is strictly prohibited. The use of any content for commercial purposes or for other websites is also forbidden unless explicitly authorized in writing. Violators may be subject to legal action, including financial penalties.
TRADEMARKS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Glossy Packaging website belong to Glossy Packaging or their respective owners and are protected under trademark law. Customers are fully responsible for the content, designs, images, or text they upload or submit for custom packaging orders. By submitting an order, you confirm that you own the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any third-party material included in your submitted designs. Furthermore, you agree not to include any content in your submissions that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights, or that could be considered defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful. In the event of any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of your submitted content, you agree to defend and hold Glossy Packaging blameless from liability.
Customer Content
You are fully responsible for any content (including text, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, or any other materials) that you submit to Glossy Packaging. This means that you must ensure you have the right to use all the materials included, and that you have received permission from the copyright holders. You also guarantee that none of your materials will violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights like copyrights or trademarks.
When placing an order with us, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary rights to use the materials and authorize us to produce the items as per your order.
It is important that you follow local laws regarding online content and do not upload or submit anything that is illegal, offensive, or that violates third-party rights. Glossy Packaging does not review or guarantee the accuracy or quality of the content posted on our platform. While we do not control the content, we are not responsible for any content that you may find inappropriate or objectionable.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If someone uses your account to place an order, you give us permission to use your design for that order, including the right to store and reproduce it.
We also reserve the right to remove any content that does not follow our terms or that we consider objectionable. If required by law, we may be compelled to disclose your content.
DESIGN FILES
Glossy Packaging provides design files in 72 DPI resolution by default. If customers require high-resolution, print-ready, or editable design files, they must specifically request and may apply additional fees based on project requirements. Customers are responsible for specifying their choices regarding design files at the time of placing an order.
ARTWORK SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
For optimal printing results, all designs, images, and artwork must be submitted in CMYK format and at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Submitting files in RGB format or with insufficient resolution may lead to quality issues or color discrepancies during production. Glossy Packaging is not liable for any inconsistencies, color shifts, or loss in image clarity due to improper formatting or incorrect file specifications provided by the customer.
Proofing & Matching
Glossy Packaging requires customer approval for all final artwork and job specification details before we proceed with production. After placing an order, we will send you a final artwork proof and a job specification sheet via email. It is your responsibility to carefully review all the details in the sheet, including delivery dates and production speed, and ensure everything meets your requirements.
Please note, that any errors in design, text, or specifications must be identified by you before approval. We advise that you print out the proof at 100% to confirm the positioning, spelling, and other design elements. Once the proof is approved, we will proceed with the production as specified.
Regarding color matching, we make every effort to guarantee that the printed colors match your expectations, but screen proofs are not accurate for color or ink density. If perfect color matching is required, request a color match proof. Please keep in mind that laminated products may seem different colors, and we are not responsible for any color differences caused by lamination.
Materials
Please note that the paper or card stock used for our printing is not food grade. If you need food-grade materials, please let us know in writing before placing your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to approve the final proof and layout before printing. We are not responsible for errors caused by the following:
- Incorrect placement or orientation of graphics
- Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes
- Incorrect die cuts, slits, or folds
- The final size of the product
COLOR ACCURACY
Due to inherent limitations in the printing process and differences between digital screens and printed materials, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Colors on a printed product may slightly differ from the colors displayed on your monitor or screen proof. Customers who require precise color accuracy can request a hardcopy proof, which may involve additional fees and processing time. Glossy Packaging works to maintain the closest possible match, but accepts no responsibility for slight color variations.
Indemnity
You agree to protect Glossy Packaging and its team from any legal issues, costs, or damage that may come up if you violate these terms. You are also responsible for any issues that arise from using text, images, graphics, or other materials in your products that were not part of our original content. This includes all expenses, including legal fees, related to these situations.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order before it is shipped or printed. However, once the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. There are different stages in production where cancellations are possible, but fees may apply:
- Orders are placed online.
- Orders are worked on in design.
- Orders are sent for printing.
- Orders are shipped.
You can cancel before stage 2 without much cost. If an order is canceled before design work begins, we will charge a $15 processing fee plus 5% of the order value to cover payment processing, bank charges, and design department fees. Orders canceled during the design preparation stage will apply a fee of 20% of the order amount to cover design-related expenses. Once an order enters production, 50% of the total order cost will be charged as a cancellation fee to compensate for material and production expenses. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Customers are encouraged to carefully confirm order details before placement to minimize the risk of cancellations.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As each order is custom-made to client specifications, Glossy Packaging does not provide refunds or accept returns. In cases where a printing error is identified and verified to be the fault of Glossy Packaging, we will reprint the order at no additional cost to the customer. We just reprint the orders, no refunds or credits are offered.
Re-Prints
If you find any defects, damage, or missing items after receiving your order, you need to tell us within 3 business days. We are not responsible for claims made after this period.
To get a replacement, you must return at least 99% of the product at your expense within 10 days of receiving the order. Make sure to contact us for a return authorization in writing before returning any items.
Charges for rush printing or shipping are not refundable, including for returned orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Glossy Packaging offers three shipping options to suit various customer needs.
Standard Shipping provides free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states, with orders generally shipping within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval. Delivery times are not guaranteed with this option.
Express Shipping guarantees a 6-day turnaround with both options including free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
In all cases, it is important that the final proof is approved by 11:00 AM EST. Otherwise, an additional business day will be added to the shipping timeline.
Glossy Packaging strives to ship orders in a timely manner, but customers agree that the company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by issues beyond its control. These issues may include technical difficulties, weather delays, shipping company disruptions, or customs-related issues for international orders.
Customers ordering from outside the United States are responsible for paying any customs duties and clearing their goods through customs. Glossy Packaging does not handle the customs process for international orders. However, the company works with production facilities across the globe, especially in South Asia, to ensure high-quality and competitively priced products. Additionally, Glossy Packaging offers free doorstep delivery with no extra charges for international shipments.

Please take note of these dates when planning your orders, as there may be delays or closures during these times.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Glossy Packaging ensures that orders are carefully packaged and shipped to prevent damage during transport. However, the customer is responsible for verifying all deliveries for any visible damage or missing items after delivery. Any such issues must be reported to Glossy Packaging within three business days of delivery. Failure to report issues within this deadline may release Glossy Packaging of liability for the damaged or lost items. For verified claims involving damaged products, replacements may be provided upon receipt of photographic evidence or return of the defective items.
Lost packages must be reported promptly to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
DISCLAIMERS
The Glossy Packaging website, along with all its content and services, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied. Glossy Packaging does not warrant that the website will be free from errors, interruptions, or external factors that may impact its performance. Furthermore, we disclaim any responsibility for inaccuracies or technical issues caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to server outages, cyber-attacks, or user errors. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with such potential issues.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Glossy Packaging or its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, products, or services provided. This includes but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if Glossy Packaging has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Glossy Packaging harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the site, submitted content, or purchased products.
FORCE MAJEURE
Glossy Packaging is not responsible for delays or failures to perform obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, supply chain interruptions, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures. In such instances, Glossy Packaging will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the delay or interruption on our customers but cannot guarantee specific resolutions within predetermined timeframes.
